Windows 10 connected but no internet [SOLVED]

Hi, my pc is using windows 10, my pc is connected via lan, recently it can access internet but after windows update on May 10 2017 install the "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems" i can't access the internet, but in my connection it say i have internet access but when i browse a website its just loading and nothing happen also when i open an application that require internet like steam its also stack in loading, also my other device can access internet i also tried to connect my laptop via lan it work perfectly

so what your're saying is you can get internet when you have a wired internet connection but not wireless?

nope, i can't access internet only in my pc even wired connection, but my laptop can access internet via wired connection or wireless connection, also my phone can access the internet via wireless


in my pc at the right bottom in the network it says i have internet connection but when i browse or open some apps that required internet it can't access the internet

Open Network and sharing panel

Click on the connection that says it is connected
click on Details
what is the IPv4 address and Gateway

Open a command prompt (cortana type cmd and hit enter)

type "ping google.com" hit enter, what are the results

I used dhcp, when i enter in cmd, the connection is same with my laptop except the ip address,

when i ping google it just open a blank cmd, but when i ping the address of the router it appear the ping

ok.. reopen the cmd w/ admin rights...

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

also there is a MS fixit for this, might work:

What AV are you using? Disable it and try again, if Avast Free, uninstall it, try it and then download the newest version an reinstall.

I solved it, my avast premium has a firewall, avast disabled all incoming connection from internet, i don't know why i already disabled avast because of windows defender and didn't change anything in avast its suddenly blocking my connection, btw thanks
