Question windows 10 corrupting

hi all,
so i have an ssd, with windows10 installed on it. and i run windows off of the ssd. it had all been working fine untill all of a sudden, i start my pc up again and after waiting for really long my monitor still is completely black, when i move my mouse it just shows a loading cursor.

after i reinstall windows its all good again, but sometimes it removes / corrupts apps out of no -where like my games, i have to completely reinstall it sometimes.

have someone found a solution to this problem?
i would like to know

Sounds like it could be a faulty SSD.
I would check it with one of these.
