I recently replaced the hard-drive in my laptop and during the installation of windows, I got the common error of "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation'. So after restarting my computer I still got the same error. I searched up some methods to fix this and found the msoobe method. Where you enter the account setup type thing via C:\windows\system32\oobe through the cmd prompt. After setting up my timezone network and settings, I got the "Just a Moment" loop. Its been an hour and I'm not exactly sure if it is suppose to be taking this long or not. Is this normal or should I be using a different method? I restarted it once and got to the sign in screen and I saw 3 defaultuser0 accounts. None of which were mine, so I went back to the setup program and now I am back at this loop. Do i just let it loop or no?

Each hard drive comes with what's called firmware, which is onboard software for hardware. This is a common problem when a hard drive is not compatible with Windows 10 or the firmware has not been updated on it.

With that, you have two options. Check for firmware updates on that drive. If none are available, trade it in for something that can handle Windows 10. If they are available (which includes W10 compatibility) try again and see what happens.
