Windows 10 crash after update restart

Windows 10 functions fine when there isn't any update on an running. If i restart with any third party programs and without any updates, windows 10 function fine. The problem is when the updates are found and the computer need to restart. It install the updates right, but after the BIOS pop up under boot, windows 10 crashes under the logo and there is just a blank screen.

I have tried with both Windows 10 education and Windows 8.1 Pro,
Motherboard: Asus B150-A
Ram: 8 GB
SSD (BOOT): 120 GB
Graphics: Asus GTX 970 4GB

Regarding your setup, your product support page shows that there is a BIOS update version 0504 available including the drivers, have you installed them on your system? Speaking of driver have you installed Nvidia's v359.06 drivers?

As for other solutions try sfc / scannow and also repair install and then go in to try update your OS to see if the issue has been averted.
