Question Windows 10 Crash

PC Specs:
CPU: i7-8700
Motherboard: Gigabyte B360-HD3
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 8GB
RAM: 4x4GB Ballistix Sport 2400 MHZ
PSU: Corsair RM-550
Storage: 2x Western Digital SSD

I have a problem that when I am playing games/using my computer, it freezes and then plays a buzzing noise through my headset. It stays like that for a little then goes to a blue screen, telling me an error. I then shutdown my pc and then reboot. It turns on for a couple seconds and then shuts off, it constantly does this. Is this a RAM issue?

Try reinserting ram, can you tell me what code it gives you? Should be somewhere in the bottom left corner.
