Windows 10 Crashes changing CPU

I have a Windows 10 64 bit install running on a ZotaC ZBox Atom D525 CPU. I picked up a Zotac Zbox Intel i3 based system to upgrade it. The 64bit Windows system is installed on a 128GB SSD

The system runs fine but a little slow on the Atom so I hope the I3 will kick it up a notch.

I swapped the SSD to the new system and it crashes on power up, nothing is presented on the screen so I have no idea what its doing.

Any help possible?

Because your new system has different components, you might need to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on your SSD due to the fact that different drivers are now needed.

I was afraid that might be the case. Clearly I was hoping for some simple "just install X" and it will be OK but that was a pretty slim hope

Do you have a fresh copy of Windows 10? Use the Media Creation Tool to download a copy of Windows 10 and then put it on a USB stick and boot from that.
