Windows 10 Crashes Constantly (and I can't take it anymore)

So, I've been using Windows 10 since August and I'm convinced that if it didn't keep crashing on me that I'd say it 1000% better than 8. But it keeps crashing in one of three ways:

It just reboots in the middle of whatever I'm doing without any Blue Screen of Death.
It reboots and gives me a Blue Screen of Death with an error message which I write down and research and just can't find an answer.
It just freezes (literally, my mouse won't move at all) and I have to manually power down and reboot.

I am just baffled as to what is causing the problem. I've heard the likely culprit is a driver but I've updated them all and I haven't added any new hardware.

Here are two of my dump files to download (they might be duplicates because they were created fiv minutes apart):

Thanks for your help!

Like another user who's recently posted here with a similar problem with Windows 10, I guess you're another exception to the rule. I've been using Windows 10 since the pre-releases with two different motherboards, graphics cards, memory and CPU and have never had any of the issues you've been having, not constantly and without an obvious reason anyway.

You and the other user are probably the owners of conflicting hardware that won't work with Windows 10 at this point. Maybe it'll work with some other later release.

The drivers, the drivers:
it's all you hear about an operating system that just does not work right.
I have seen many blue screens of death, this thing reminds me of windows 98.
This operating system just is not ready for prime time, too many unexplained BSOD's. Mine was a fresh install running the same equipment that was a recent build running a stable windows 8.1 OS.

Did this happen immediately or over time?

I believe this is all driver based. So the best way to counter this would be to use a snapshot tool like Comodo Time Machine or Rollback Rx to capture the system as it is, then if you see a driver update try it. If it doesn't work, simply revert back.

I have the same issue on my SO's computer. So this works well on their computer, might be easier for you too.

It's NOT driver based in my case.
Google "Windows 10 crashes a lot" and have a look at the complaints, because it's not unusual for MS to release an operating system that is not ready for public use, just look at Millennium and Vista, just to name two.
Windows 10 seems to be a faster OP but it is not a stable platform, at least not for an enthusiast machine.
I've been doing this a long time, I'm a Windows insider and beta tester and I can safely say that this current edition of 10 is not as stable as 8.1
I have random BSOD's from various causes and for no particular reason, I can be reading a lengthy web page and not doing or moving anything and get a BOSD.
Interestingly, I have never had a BSOD while playing games, using Photoshop or doing video conversions which is known for stressing your components...
