1| Would you mind detailing the system specs on your Latitude E6410? By any chance is
this the unit that you currently own?
2| When you speak of upgrade, are we talking about a straight upgrade to Win10 or did you perform a clean install of your OS onto your device?
3| By blue screen, do you see any text appearing on your blue screen and if so do you remember what they are?
