Windows 10 Creator Update (15063) finishes installing but then promps me to upgrade again, even after reboot

I've tried installing the Windows 10 Creator Update (15063) via the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant. It goes on through the upgrade, shows progress, everything is fine, but when it finishes I can just open it up again and it still says I have my old version 14393.

I've tried restarting but it didn't help.

Yes, it still shows the old version (14393.1198)
