Windows 10 Deleting everything when restarted

Hi,

Recently bought a pre built pc (Asus ROG GD30CI) everything works fine its just that every time i do something (create folder, enter wifi password, install something etc.) it gets remove when I restart the pc. Seems like there's a deep freeze turned on.

OS windows 10 enterprise 64bit

Please Help ty

There are a few ways this can happen but only if your PC is joined to a Domain like an office PC. I doubt your PC is a member of a domain. Windows might be generating a temporary profile. Read this. https://appuals.com/temporary-profile-issues-in-windows-10/

Thanks. I will try this and also will contact the retailer. Is it weird to have a pre built gaming pc with a windows 10 enterprise instead of windows 10 home
