Question Windows 10 Dell SupportAssist

For about two weeks or so, I have been trying to open Dell SupportAssist on my pc as I have been getting notifications saying to use the app to make sure my pc is optimized, or something along those lines. Formerly, I would use the app to update whatever needed to be updated, but recently, the app has not been loading. I still get notifications from the app, like the one saying my pc is not optimized, but when i launch the app, it just keeps loading and says "Loading PC Optimization Tools". I have tried various times over the course of two weeks, and one day I even left it loading for an hour, but nothing seems to work.

The app won't load. If anyone has any advice, please help. Thanks!
