Windows 10 did not load correctly

Fresh install on a wiped ssd works fine and all till the first restart after an update, not sure which. Will constantly reboot and then finally bring up a blue screen that says Windows didn't load correctly, tried checking for a restore point and that said it doesn't have a restore point saved. Me and my brother have similar set ups so we switched out part for part to see what was messing up and all we could figure out maybe the motherboard. Bought a new one and it's still doing the same thing, any help would be appreciated. Safe mode also didn't do anything just said undoing changes, restarted and then went back to the reboot loop and then landing on the blue screen

it is not motherboard when you installed and worked fine. Problem comes from that update. Fresh install again and option to select updates manually. Only apply updates are really important
