windows 10 didnt work

Last night i installed windows 10. Everything went well, no errors came up, but when the computer rebooted for the final time it was and still is using windows 8.1. Should i try again?

That's very strange, that no errors appeared. It may have been a failed installation. You can try again, but I'd recommend performing a System Restore operation to a few days before you started the upgrade process, just to be sure that everything is back to normal.

I would try upgrading to Windows 10 again.
