Hello i install windows 10 and i see dxdiag show directx version 11.2
i have notebook with dual graphics

Video Graphics-AMD Radeon HD 7620G/8670M Dual GPU (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
Microprocessor-AMD Quad-Core A10-4655M APU with Radeon HD 7620G Graphics (2 GHz, 4 MB cache)

On AMD page they was write that this support dx12,microsoft researched on this issue and they say that show the DirectX version as 12

i use now catalyst version 15.7.1

and here is all what i try and without succes:

try driver with autodetectutility
try driver manually
try driver from windows update
try driver downloaded with AMD Gaming Evolved

dont know what more to try

I will love to know if this notebook with this processor and with this graphic card support dx 12 or no?

Or if have some solution for this?

As far as I am aware DX12 is not oficially out so to say. I don't think there are games out yet that support it. Best thing you can do is wait. As for you GPU, as far as I am aware the 8670M does support DX12, but for the 7620G I am not sure.

I will be a bit ore precise, you need 3 conditions to be fulfilled to use DX12:

1. The GPU must support it.
2. The OS must support it.
3. The game must support it.

If only one of these is not met, you won't be able to use DX12.

So far only the first 2 conditions can be met at any given time, as I dont yet know of any game released with support for DX12.
