windows 10 disk usage

Windows 10 disk usage is at 100% even though 0 read and write, nt kernal & system is using the rest of the disk ?? this is starting to annoy me since i cannot use the disk, the disk drive is a western digital 4tb green drive. i have replaced the sata cables numerous times, The nt kernal never uses my ssd also ??

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the WD Green drive! 🙁 I'd strongly recommend you to test the HDD using WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics for Windows. The tool will help you determine the health and SMART status of the Green drive, but before that make sure you have backed up your data elsewhere! I'd also suggest you to try the WD Green in another computer and check how it will perform there.
