Windows 10 does not accept Password

I have had my laptop for 2 years now and it has never failed on me. This morning i tried to enter my password but my laptop denied it. I have no idea why. I have tried other passwords that it may be but they don't work either. There is no option to reset password or change/create accounts and the laptop does not connect to internet neither WI-FI or Ethernet (I have tried different cables). I have restarted/shut down my laptop multiple times but it fails to connect to internet and accepting my password. Also it always shows "update and restart" and "update and shut down" every time i restart. If you know hoe to fix this please help.
