Question Windows 10 doesnt let me delete folder

So i cannot delete this folder, Everytime i try to delete it, it doesnt work

Are you using one drive to backup files? If so click on the one drive icon, see if the folder has been backed up, if so delete it from one drive.

Have you tried a restart since the 1st time you tried to delete it?
I don't mean shutdown/turn on, I mean go to power button in start menu and choose restart
Some files don't disappear until you restart PC.

Nah, Restarted lots of times, still there

Used it, It says that i have to re-boot the pc, did it and still its there

Boot in safe mode and try deleting then.

That's one of reasons I always have ready a USB with a live Linux distro, it just doesn't care about windows restrictions.

Command prompt appears it might be able to remove the directory itself.

Open "Command Prompt", navigate to your desktop folder, C:\users\<username>\Desktop, and execute "dir /a". Do you see that folder here? If so - "del <foldername> /F /S". If not - that folder appearing on your desktop could be a "public" folder, so check C:\Users\Public instead. Or just right-click on it, "Properties", and see where it's located.
