Question Windows 10 doesn't recongize extra SSD'S

Hi,

I have 2 extra internal SSD Samsung EVO hard drives that I would like to use for storage and when I plug them into the motherboard Windows 10 doesn't recognize them. I have an old Western Digital hard drive and it shows up but the SSD's don't. In my Bios I can see them. Any ideas. Can't find anything on the internet.

ASRock Z87 Extreme 4 motherboard
Samsung 840, 850, 860 EVO
Intel I4770K Cpu

Might be as simple as going into disk management and formatting/allocating them, since you see them in BIOS.

The only problem is I have files on one of them the other has Windows 7 installed with nothing else. If I mistakingly deleted the files can I recoup them here is a picture of disk management. The Windows 7 SSD isn't connected to the motherboard right now I am waiting to find a cable.
