Question Windows 10 doesn't start after going to sleep while downloading

I put the system on sleep while I was downloading a large file to see if it continued. System turned off and I turned it back on right away. Now the system displays manufacturer logo but windows doesn't boot. I can access the bios but everything looks normal there. O also tried turning off MSI fast boot and normal fast boot but to no avail. After a few tried it displays the message about doing a recovery.

I don't know really what to do on the recovery, I'm a first time builder and prior to this I had a Mac on recent years. Could you give me a hint pls? These are my sys specs

• Cooler master TD500 mesh
• 2 extra exhaust fans
