Windows 10 doesn't want to reset anymore

Hi

I've been trying to reset my Windows 10 for already 2 or 3 months .
The reason why is that i downloaded a bit of everything and want it to be clean , and because my Windows task schedulder don't want to start anymore for my NVIDIA drivers.

When i'm reseting my pc trough my setting, it " works " windows is setting up the reset, and then the pc reboots to perform the action but it is stuck " loading " on the motherboard intro screen.

if anyone can try to help me that would be nice, thank you.

Try to do it via the boot CD or USB Thumb drive. That way you know the recovery section isn't damaged in some way.
