Can I upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 with my ASROCK 880GM-LE motherboard?

Thanks. I have a triple processor with enough speed and lots of Ram, etc. Just concerned mainly about the different boot system, whether I have to boot from disk or whether bios will be changed enough to overcome that hurdle.
