Windows 10 Enterprise lag

My PC specs are
GPU : AMD Radeon RX 560 4 GB
CPU : Intel Core i3-4170 3.70 Ghz
OS : Windows 10 enterprise
and 12 gb ram

I don't know why, in my last 4 days i'm having some bad lag spikes in every game i play even in minecraft...Google is lagging 2 like my cpu is overloaded but it is stable around 10%-30%.I tried everything by turning down my monitor's quality and even turning down my game's settings to the lowest ones.

Please HELP

Does your IT dept know you are trying to game on a work PC? It's either that or you are running a pirated/cracked OS.

Enterprise is a corporate level OS only available with volume licensing. The only legal way to get it is to buy Volume license which usually only larger businesses use because of the amount of licenses you have to buy at a time. The only way to get it outside of this are piracy and gray key sites that sell them but they are not valid when sold this way. You'd be better off running Win 10 home unactivated(legal but will have most personalization features disabled). We will not assist with an ill gotten OS.

They gave you a system with an illegitimate OS. It's likely cracked where it says it's activated through your organizations activation service. This is very likely to be broken by an annual update if the update service hasn't been broken aswell.

God knows what they have done to the OS(spyware, malware, broken updates, security risks, etc). This could easily be causing your performance problems. I would backup your data and do a clean install of Win 10 Home or Pro(you likely only need the Home edition) and buy a key($90+) or run it unactivated till you can buy a key.

I've another problem there are advertisements popping and i scanned with an antivirus which i found from youtube called "Spyware".It found too many viruses for example trojans yeadesktop etc.. But then it needs a premium to continue the proccess.Can you recommend me a good free malware & trojan virus cleaner?I tried to backup my PC with windows's backup but it isn't working.

Given the issues with the OS I strongly suggest a clean install of a legitimate OS. If the OS has been compromised no amount of anti-virus or Anti-malware software will fix the issue it will always come back.

Yes you need to buy a new OS. You don't have to buy it now one of the nice things about WIN 10 is it will let you run it unactivated for a indefinite amount of time and will just disable personalization features, leave a watermark and occasionally nag you to activate but other than that it will be fully functional.

I know it's illegal because it's Windows Enterprise edition and the licensing contracts for that version of windows does not allow resell or for it to be used by system not owned by the organization with the contract and volume license. The way the Enterprise edition activates it's almost certain you have a cracked version.

You can try, but I bet they try and talk their way out of it. Depending on where you are there maybe consumer protection laws that could help you.

Just chiming in here...that is absolutely a cracked and illegitimate OS.

If you were able to purchase Win 10 Enterprise on its own, and you can't, it would sell for about $400 each.
I'm thinking you didn't pay that much, did you.

There's a problem about backing up.I tried to backup with both of my externals driver the one has 500GB free and the other has 141GB but none of them are working for backup.I tried to use windows's backup but it didn't work.About the OS before this i had Windows 7 Home.I brang my pc to my closest computer service market and i told them to back it up.After the backup i saw that the windows were changed.But i knew nothing about this homeprise i didn't even know this version.After 3 months i checked my system information and i saw it i thought it was a normal version of windows 10 but after a while it started having problems as i told you before.
