windows 10 erratic keyboard browser disappears and reloads

All drivers up to date, software too. Ran spyware, clean, did recovery because this happened after an upgrade a week or so ago. Filter keys are toggled off. Googled found others with this issue some were helped by updating drivers but mine are already up to date. Comes and goes not consistent. Thanks!
