Windows 10 Error inaccessible_boot_device

I have an Gateway laptop and it's on windows 10. I reset the laptop and i removed everything then it starts removing all of the files and everything and then resets. Then the error message inaccessible_boot_ device keeps show up over and over, it goes on forever. Can you please help?

Well, since you went for full reset, the answer is pretty easy... do a full install

On another computer, download and run the Windows 10 media creation tool. THis lets you create a win 10 installer on DVD or USB
Change boot order in laptop to have USB or DVD first, hdd second

full install the best answer to that error anyway, it is only known 95% response that wastes as little time as possible (well, for you anyway, still have to install all your programs afterwards). I would say its 100% response but there is always the chance its hardware.

Well i tried that it, and it is still not working, i can't access the BIOS menu to install Windows 10 off the USB.
