Solution
If its only a new install, start again. reinstall windows 10 using the USB

change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

you may need to turn off fast boot into the boot menu of bios to boot off the USB

once installed, download and run MSI Live update 6 from utility page here - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X370-GAMING-PLUS#down-driver&Win10%2064 - it will look at motherbaord and suggest drivers for it. These drivers might help you avoid that error starting up again.
remove any overclocks
Have you got latest BIOS?

Download and run memtest86 on your sticks of ram, 1 stick at a time. up to 8 scans, Only error count you want is 0, any higher means you got a bad stick and need to get a replacement

Download this and use it to check out CPU - http://www.tcsscreening.com/files/users/IPDT_UEFI/

Normally BSOD during installation process is a hardware problem

One other thought is make a new USB installer as it might be a bad installer.

I don't have any overclocks and i cant download anything because i cant get into the computer all i can do is get into the BIOS. I just built it a few days ago then got the usb from microsoft yesterday.
