Windows 10 error

So I just built my first pc and got windows on it it worked for a couple days and then started to crash and I couldn’t even get in to my windows so I reset everything and wiped the hard drive with dban and I am trying to reinstall windows onto my pc but it won’t let me. It either brings me back to the install now window or after I click which version it says windows can not find the terms of agreement and I have to restart please help

Find another computer and use the link below to grab the tool from Microsoft to download and set up a fresh copy of the Windows 10 installer on your USB stick:
