Windows 10 EXTREMELY broken.

Hi everybody, my windows 10 PC is broke beyond great length's, first of all; it will not start up properly, "Windows has ran into a error" or something like that, then you go into the section with troubleshooting and the Blue Screen that has command prompt ETC. we can't do a reset, it just says a error message and doesn't work, we can't do "fix windows start-up issues", or any of the fixes there, I would like to keep my data if possible, If you have any fixes, thanks!

If you have to save the data, then I would recommend you buy a new hard drive, do a clean install of windows onto the new disk, then attempt to copy data off the old drive. Once you have a stable and functional computer, you can diagnose the old hard drive to see if it is still usable.
