Windows 10 Factory Reset HELP

I'm going to sell a pc and before I sell it I want to fully clean it of any of my private information and files. I tried to restore it through windows but it sais there was a problem and no changes were made. Please help me asap , my buyer is waiting.

If reset feature fails, you are left with full reinstall.

Create windows installation media (USB flash or DVD). You need same version as currently is on your pc - Windows 10 or Windows 10 Pro, also choose same architecture as current - 32bit or 64bit.

Boot from windows installation media,
clean disk,
and install windows.
