Windows 10 failing to boot. I also have black screen with red squares

Hello when i start up my pc i am greeted by a black screen with red squares everywhere and then once windows tries to boot up it fails, the red squares are still spresent. Although when i get the the trouble shoot area i have no red squares or any display problems
