Windows 10 fails to install.

I'm trying to do a clean install of windows 10 on my gaming pc. It will get through 20-80 percent done on preparing files, then it fails and gives me the error code: 0x8007025D. "Windows cannot install the required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation.
I've tried creating a new boot media but it was on the same flashdrive. Could the drive be faulty?

Could be, other solutions include removing a stick of ram, removing all other peripherals that are unessential for the process (any other USB devices), naturally use USB 2 slots, even cleaning pc inside can be enough.
