Hi, i have a problem with windows 10's fast startup

Windows 10 with fast startup enabled boots at same speed as with fast startup turned off. Always 13 seconds.

My notebook with turned off 19 seconds and when turned on the fast startup, 7 seconds.

What can be done wirth it?

hibernation gave me same effect as sleep, no post, just logon screen.
i did it through shutdown -h comand, because i didn't find an other way to do it.
I searched bios, but found nothing. Any tips for some keywords to find in bios?
thx

I took a look at the manual, but I could not find an option related to S3/S4 power states. You could try resetting your BIOS to default settings. If that does not help, it might be a problem with your Windows installation itself.

To check your system for common issues:
- Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
- Type sfc /scannow at command prompt and hit Enter

And you could additionally try this:
- Press Windows key and type troubleshooting.
- Press Enter.
- Click on View all on the left panel.
- Click on Power.
- Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue using the Power troubleshooter.

I think not, because in my boot menu I can see windows boot loader and it's working, but fast startup in windows 10 didn't work to me even before I installed linux. can it be that my mobo doesn't support one of s3/s4 states? I have installed it under UEFI mode.

I don't think there are modern mainboards that don't support S3/S4 states. This feature got introduced many many many years ago.

Do you have a spare partition to test if the problem occurs on a clean Windows installation as well?

i tried and hibernate works. I removed ubuntu partition and removed it's bootloader removing the ubuntu folder in EFI folder inside EFI boot partition and I noticed, it's FAT32. Is it OK? because hibernate doesn't work on my old installation. I tried to install windows 10 as upgrade or repair it with both advanced options and with install USB.

Ok, at least there is nothing wrong with your hardware :) Would you mind backing up your data and re-installing your "main" Windows system? I recommend you to remove all partitions (including the EFI one) using the advanced options and create new ones in the Windows setup.

There is a nice guide on how to do a clean installation:
