Ok, I'm on the latest Win10 build, and I dont know if this is the right category, but here goes.
In windows 10, is it possible to change the background color of just the file explorer? I'm not talking about themes. The high contrast black looked good enough, but every icon had unseemly borders around it, and I could not find a solution. So, can I just change the background color of file explorer individually, or not?
