[SOLVED] Windows 10 finished downloading, then it restarts and goes back to bios

This is my first PC Build! (yay)

Essentially this is what happens. I am using a Asus Z390-f gaming motherboard. The build is finished and I go to the boot menu and start downloading windows. It finishes and then the PC screen turns black . And I'm back to start up menu where it tells me to press f2 or delete to go into boot menu, if I don't press anything it stays like that. (I tested this for an hour). This means I can't download windows.

GPU: GTX 1060 Gigabyte
Ram :16gb Corsair
Power Supply: 850 watt Tough Power
SSD: WD Blue SSD 500gb

Also I noticed that before the bios it saids CPU Fan Error does this affect downloading windows in some kind of way?

Yes, this could be an issue. What heatsink are you using to cool your CPU?

The cpu fan error was the problem. It was a beginners mistake and I put the cpu fan inside the CH FAN_1 instead of CPU_FAN.
