Question Windows 10 flicker issue

I'm having a weird issue that just happened for no reason.
I use window 10
I used my pc and all of a sudden it got real slow so I restarted it and now when it's on I get this screen

What are the specs for this system? What, if anything, have you recently changed?

Nothing special, I was browsing in fire fox and then I got out and I wanted to go back to firefox and when I tried to open it, it didn't respond so I tried to end process and it didn't help and then it got stuck.

16gb ram
2070 rtx
2tb hdd
256 ssd
128 sad

What is the make/model of your PSU? Also, have you scanned your system for malware recently?

Video, motherboard chipset, and BIOS current and up to date (most recent version available for each)?
