Windows 10 for new built pc.

I want to ask that if I build a new pc and install windows 10 using USB, can I skip the product key and use it without activation.Also, should I download the 64bit or 32bit?Sorry for asking such silly questions.

Yes you can skip activation
Use 64bit IMO.
