Windows 10 "free upgrade" for pirated versions

alright i have a Q so here it is
if someone has oem windows 7/8.1 home then that person upgrade to windows 10 and burn windows 10 iso on dvd and install it so Microsoft will activate his windows 10 home for free but after that if that person format drive again and install windows 7/8.1 pro pirated and then use upgrade tool to force upgrading to windows 10 and Microsoft will activate his windows 10 pro.

if someone do that on same machine with same hardware

what will Microsoft do ?

what will happen ?

i know if Microsoft revoke that person pirated windows 10 upgrade then that person can use windows 10 home iso dvd but

will Microsoft ban or revoke this license too ?
