Question Windows 10 freeze with loop sound.

Hi,

I´m having a problem with my PC, doing tasks, working, or just browsing.
Pc freezes and make a constant sound.

specs:
CPU: amd ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor 3.40 ghz
Motherboard: gigabyte b450m ds3h
Ram: corsair 8gb ram
SSD/HDD: kingston SA400S37240G
GPU: geforce gtx 1060 3gb
PSU: Zone Evil de 750W 80 Plus
Chassis:
OS: windows 10 64 bits pro 1809.

Also the problem that I can see is Kernel 41 (63).
Anyone can help me ? Thanks a lot

Can you please try Turning Off Fast Startup and see if this fixes the issue?
