Windows 10 freezes after a tuning sound

Hey guys, my pc is hanging up(having windows 10) since 3-4 days after a sound or tune, i cant do anything with my hardware components. I never noticed this issue in win 7.
Help me plz. Thanks

disable the sound chip in the bios. the sound driver may he hanging, or the sound chip may be dying.
turn it off and test.

Thanks for replyin R_1, but i just noticed that my pc / windows is working but my mouse, keyborad all hardware stuck means i cant do anything with them.

Try booting in safe mode and see if it still happens, if not may be a driver, malware or virus issue
