Question Windows 10 freezes at black screen with freezed spinning circle

I can go to BIOS, memory is fine i checked it on safe mode

Safe mode works, I already did sfc /scannow and chkdsk
There is no problem with the Windows 10 files
This happened when I tried my gpu to see if it works with hdmi cable to vga but didnt work so i took it out

I already deleted my gpu drivers
My fast startup is off
i have not tried disabling early antivirus protection yet
My keyboard and mouse freezes aswell during the freeze
Please help
