Question Windows 10 freezes at login screen and/or right after login ?

Hello,

I've been having this annoying problem after a recent hardware change. I upgraded my system and installed win 10. Now windows 10 sometimes freeze right on login screen or right after logging in. Could this be a hardware issue? Keep it in mind that, I've done stress testing on the cpu and didn't encounter any issues and I can game on whole day without a hiccup. This only occurs after or during login. I've been to windows 10 forums and all they do is send a generic answer that covers a large area. I've done all those. Drivers are up to date etc. Could you point me somewhere else?

Well this is a fresh install that's what i meant, i changed the cpu motherboard and rams. Updated my post accordingly.
