Windows 10 Freezes even after Win10 Reinstall.

So basically Windows 10 just randomly freezes and sometimes it says "Windows is not responding." I can't switch tabs or click on anything at all. If im playing a game or watching something it runs fine for a few minutes until it freezes as well. I then have to hold the power button to turn off the computer. I have tested my RAM via memtest and Removing them 1 by 1. I have ran crystaldisk to check my SSD and it says it is ok. I have checked my CPU temps and they are normal. I have completely re installed windows 10 after formatting my SSD and still it freezes. I have no idea what to do.

Download latency monitor and run it and see what it says

Did you let windows 10 do all it's updates? If it is updating and you try to force it to do more it will appear to freeze on you. Forcing the power off with the power button will cause it mess that process up even more, with likely corruption on the disk with will now snowball into more messed up updates and it will keep trying to update, and you power it off again, leading it to more mess and you will end up where you are.
