Question Windows 10 Freezes fast

I need help with my pc. When i start up my pc most of the time it freezes. When it does not freeze and i can actually log in it will freeze within 20 minutes. I dont know what is wrong i just know that something is wrong. Can someone please help me? I also want to add that it used to work perfectly fine i could run a game like gta V without issues. when it freezes the sound stops and my mouse and keyboard also dont do anything

Have you cleaned the PC, so there's no dust?

Yes i have cleaned my the first time it happenend and checked the files with sfc /scannow. I also did a system restore. Maybe it is a hardware issue but im not sure
