Windows 10 freezes randomly and all devices turn off.

Windows 10 freezes randomly (even on startup) and speakers, keyboard, and mouse turn off. It started happening after I tried to install an appx package. I have played around with a lot of the settings trying to install the package but it still did not install and started freezing up. I think it is either the disk or registry errors. I tried a lot of stuff including registry cleaning. After running Auslogics Boostspeed 10 now windows apps don't open. I don't have this problem on linux which I boot from another disk. I have a built and overclocked (I tried to remove overclocking but that did not help). I have upgraded from Windows 7 a while before the freezing started. Quad core processor and 8gb of RAM. 1tb seagate hdd 7200RPM. Also my memory is almost too hot too touch. How can I fix Windows 10 freezing?

How are your system temperatures?. Use HWMonitor to check them.
Check your RAM voltage in the BIOS.
Have you tested the RAM, if not then use memtest86+ for 7-8 passes.
