windows 10 freezes randomly

hi, my windows 10 pro x64 hangs/freezes randomly once or twice every day and have to hard reset everytime, it has been a month or so since this started happening, my temps are fine, around 17-20C on idle, and 38-40C on load, i really want to avoid a fresh install of windows, my system specs ar in my signature and my windows has the latest updates installed, can anyone please help?

yea, bios is the latest, everything is upto date, even my ssd firmwares

i've also disabled sleep, hard disks turn off, monitor always on, i mean ive fiddled with almost everything i can think of

yes, everything is at default, i also ran memtest 86 and windows memory diagnostics with no errors on both the ram sticks

ill just take the system apart and re-seat all connections and see how that works

good luck I am sure you will fix it PC's somtimes you love them but other times can be a pain in the XXX

update: so disconnected and reconnected all hard drives and RAM, and no more hangs/freezing for about 8 hours now... keeping fingers crossed
