I just updated my windows 10 in my laptop . However, about a day or two later my computer began freezing randomly for a few seconds, including while doing simple tasks or at idle also.
I have also noticed that when this happens, in the task manager the cpu and disk usage shoots up and down very rapidly, unlike the normal constant speed.
And the cpu values also change when I connect an external hard drive to the computer.
I had run all the diagnostic tests, updated drivers, reinstalled windows 10 but the problem still exists.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer.

Either one or both may have captured some related errors codes or warnings.

And remember Resource Monitor - the graphical displays may prove helpful in identifying the culprit.

How much drive space is left on the SSD?

Bro, thanks for advice,
But i have reinstalled windows and all the other [**** Profanity edited out by Moderator] drivers.
no use,
Then I did some registry changes in AppxSvc and they seem to solve the problem..
