[SOLVED] Windows 10 freezes without known cause

Hello! The title says it all. This computer is relatively new and I built it a couple of months ago. Everything has been fine until one day, I uninstalled google chrome and transferred some steam games off of my C: drive(SSD) to D: drive(HDD) (still unknown if this is the actual cause but it did start after this). Ever since then I have been receiving random freeze-ups on my computer and the audio loops if there is any audio. Sometimes when it freezes up, some things are responsive but won't open, for example I could click the windows icon but nothing would load. I ran the windows repair tool and did the recommended stuff to check for corrupted files in CMD and ran Malwarebytes just to double-check. None of the above worked and the freezing persists. There is no known cause of the freezing. It has happened just sitting there listening to music, playing video games on my D drive, browsing the internet... etc. Anyone have any solution or more things to try?

When you say "transfer" (transferred some steam games off of my C: drive(SSD) to D: drive(HDD) what do you mean? Did you just copy /paste/ delete? Did you just tell Steam to use a different folder?

Also, are the crashes occurring while Steam is running (or do you let Steam start with Windows)?

I did the in-steam feature, where it moves the file to another folder/drive. I moved a couple games from my SSD to HDD. I believe it occurs when steam is open; however, I just wiped steam and all the games and am currently reinstalling them now.

I don't think that steam opens immediately, but I always open it anyways.

looking like it might be my gpu. It crashed while launching classic. When task manager opened, it said my GPU was clocked out at 98% with a high power usage.
