Windows 10 Freezing after some use

I've had this PC for almost 4 months and there have been no issues until now. After using it for a while (it can be after gaming or simply browsing) everything will just freeze. Mouse wont move and audio will stop. I have to do a hard reset. After I Reset the freezes will happen more often to the point where it can only run for about 2 minutes without freezing. Windows and BIOS are up to date along with all drivers. Not a RAM or overheating issue, i've tested both. I also ran Malwarebytes and found nothing. Please Help.

Check your SSD and HDD with CrystalDiskInfo. Also, try a scan with Zemana Anti-Malware / Emsisoft Emergency Kit.

Sorry for late response. I ran HD tune to test the drives and it found no errors. I also was able to boot in safe mode and stop the freezes but when i tried a clean boot it kept freezing.

Edit: clean boot worked but now when i try to enable everything, the freezes continue.
