I recently bought an ASUS M32 with core i5 that has windows 10 already installed. My problem is that the computer freezes whenever I check facebook for my business. What I've noticed is it seems to freeze anytime I scroll down and come across a video. (and I don't even click on the video, it just freezes while scrolling past). But watching videos on youtube or anywhere else works fine.

Hello Johnny Rustic

Can you please confirm which web browser are you using? I would suggest you to try a different browser and see if you get the same problem.

Generally, it is not the computer but the browser that remains incompatible some of the sites.

Updating Adobe Flash Player may also be a good idea if the problem is there on all the browsers.

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!! :)

It's Microsoft Edge i'm using at the moment but I will download chrome and see if it's any better, I hear firefox is the solution for some people in forums but I've never used it.

I downloaded Firefox as my new browser and nothing freezes, I sincerely hope Microsoft gets de-throned and knocked down hard, then promptly trampled by another company one day that provides decent products.
