Question Windows 10 freezing issue

Hey, so my friend's pc has gotten an issue that freezes his windows 10. Every time the freezes happened the computer was idling or in lightweight use, like YouTube etc. Processor is AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with pbo enabled , and by now we have tested it by running many benchmarks and it is perfectly stable so it is not CPU issue? Other things we have done are: installing newest windows updates, updating chipset and gpu drivers to newest versions. We also ran sfc /scannow and it found corrupted files from his pc but that didn't stop freezing issues. So is there any recommendations what we should try next?

PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: GTX 1660 Super
MB: AsRock b450m pro4
PSU: Seasonic focus gx-650
RAM: Corsair Vengeange 16GB @ 3200MHz
SSD: Samsung Evo 860 m.2 1TB

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu?
check cpu/gpu temp?
ssd? how full it is?
malware scan the system?
update or new? fresh os install?

CPU temps are fine, 66-70C while benchmarking, SSD has over 200GB space left.

i experienced this issue a week ago, it freezes then immediately restarts this started when i updated my gpu drivers to the latest
hopefully i could help a lil bit, mine so far no crashes.
