Windows 10 freezing occasionaly

Hi guys, recently my system started to freeze for ~15secs and then resume as if nothing had happened. For some reason it's mostly when browsing things with google chrome or when opening a couple of web pages with the browser. The whole computer freezes while the sound sometimes continues to go for a few seconds and then it also stops.

8350 amd

Windows 10 with all updates
